High School Classes - Traditional 9-12 High School courses (including Full Time, Part time, Recovery,& Independent Study) – FVHS is a SACS accredited High School. We are accepted by virtually all schools and employers both nationally and internationally. Should you have any issues, please contact an FVHS team member and we will work with your recruiter/advisor to correct the issue and ensure your acceptance with them or a suitably acceptable school alternative to you. There are no refunds for traditional enrollment students as acceptance is guaranteed by our accreditation. If you cancel enrollment within 5 days of starting school, we will refund you 100% and remove your educational progress with FVHS (assuming you have not started any classes).
Fast Track (Adult Age 18+ Only) – Completing the Fast Track is suitable for college and employer acceptance. In the very unlikely event that you have any issues with acceptance, we will UPGRADE YOU TO A FREE month of access to our Full Time Traditional High School Diploma program. We are confident that after completing the Fast Track program will benefit you in a variety of ways, but unless we have been requested to assist you with this program in advance, we cannot guarantee that our program will achieve a specific goal or purpose you may have had in mind. Again, the offer is extended only to those students that have completed the program and contact us and allow us to work with their employer or college first to see if we can mediate acceptance/enrollment. There are NO REFUNDS on the Fast Track program. Special Note: If it becomes evident that you cheated on your exam including the essay, your account will be disabled and you must submit a letter of appeal to FVHS. If accepted, there is a $49 re-enrollment fee.
Test Preparation Programs (SAT / ACT / GED / State Exit / ASVAB) - If for any reason you determine the Test Preparation program(s) is not right for you, notify us within 5 days of beginning the program and a full 100% refund will be issued. Refund requests must be received within 5 days of enrollment and student activity log must show you had used the system for at least 1 hour. If you cancel enrollment within 5 days of starting school, we will refund you 100% and remove your educational progress with FVHS.
Merchandise – These must be returned in like new, unworn condition, for alternative size exchanges only. Customers are responsible for all return S/H costs. The following items are non-refundable: Jewelry, Cap & Gown, Duplicate Documents, Books, Lab Kits, and Study Aids. Guarantees do not apply to Merchandise except in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. After suitable photographic evidence is provided, items will be replaced for matching items only.
Resume Builder (Only available to paid ROCCS customers) – 100% refund if requested prior to your report generation/preview. If you determine this will not assist you in reaching your employment goals please email us before you print out your report, otherwise refund requests will not be authorized. Please note: There is no guarantee that an employer will accept you based solely on a resumé.
As you have found the FVHS program online, it is self evident that you have basic computer skills and are expected to know how to use a computer. Thus no refunds are given based on your inability to navigate or otherwise use this website which is designed for the average user experience.
Refunds will only be made back to the original payment Credit card, and are only available for the first 90 days following initial payment(s). FVHS is not responsible for damages or expenses due to inaccurate information provided by the student. Lost or damaged mail, wrong name, wrong date of birth, or invalid shipping address (in student account) will require a nominal fee and the student is responsible for any additional shipping/handling fees.
